LE COLLECTIF
The sectoral associations La Guilde du jeu vidéo du Québec and Xn Québec as well as the incubators and accelerators Zú and La Piscine are joining forces to provide collective, immediate and essential support to entrepreneurs in the cultural and creative industries (CCI). A project made possible thanks to the contribution of the City of Montreal.
Le Collectif aims to support Montreal start-ups in these industries maintain their activities during the current crisis by providing with a comprehensive toolkit:

SUPPORT GROUP
How to deal with this 2nd wave while remaining in support to your teams?
These four-weeks discussions workshops, one session per week, are designed for entrepreneurs in the creative sectors who wish to discuss issues related to crisis management within their companies. These sessions will take place in closed group settings. They will address various themes such as human resources management, change and stress management, etc.
The objective is to better tool managers and help them be more supportive of employees.
We are offering to run sharing sessions inspired by the co-development
methodology that allows participants to multiply perspectives in order
to think and act in ways that will cultivate collective intelligence.
The sessions will be facilitated by Marie-Hélène Langlois of Sismik
Culture d'impact.
Marie-Hélène is a born communicator, pedagogue, and convener. She will
share with you a strategic thought process rich with more than 10 years
of experience in organizational culture development, training on
leadership management skills and facilitation of co-development
sessions.

Terms and conditions:

12 people max (1 member per studio), first come, first served;

four (4) consultation sessions are scheduled – 1h30 / week;

sessions will take place on Fridays from 10:00 am to 11:30 am;

Developed especially for Montreal-based creative and cultural entrepreneurs and non-profit organizations that wish to quickly consolidate their business in order to get out of the crisis as quickly as possible, our Special COVID19 program SURF Sortie de Vague will start at the beginning of June 2020 through the launch of 3 cohorts of 5 companies over 8 weeks of group coaching

We are entering a summer like no other. Entertainment companies can no longer bring their community together outdoors or indoors as they did before. In the midst of a crisis, how can they maintain ties with their community and keep the flame alive in the minds of their consumers? For this challenge, your solution is a type of innovative content or a distancing tool that allows emotions to be experienced at a distance, and whose entertainment potential rivals previous gatherings
